Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar

When Wendy Mitchell, owner of Meat & Cheese Restaurant and Farm Shop in Aspen, called to discuss a new project that she was considering naming, "Hooch", I knew just the look she was after.  The downstairs, windowless space cried out for texture.  We added brick to the walls, an aged cement texture, barn wood, painted the wood floors and hung LOTS of chandeliers, all on a very low setting creating a cozy atmosphere.

Reupholstering used furniture in dark blue leather added a cohesive and rich look as well as being practical in a bar setting.  Art was also locally sourced, with the exception of a couple we found at an Italian street market that were just perfect!
